This hotel suits me perfectly, providing free wi-fi, a bar/lounge area, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped with my late check-in, which I appreciated. I highly recommend it and am coming back for Xmas.

The shabu shabu at Fuze Asian Grille was a flavor bomb! The bar was chill and perfect for winding down after a day of adventure. Gotta give props to the friendly staff. they made us feel right at home!

I recently stayed for one night and found the staff to be exceptionally welcoming and attentive. My King Room was clean and comfortable, making it a pleasant stay overall. However, the hotel could improve by addressing the cleanliness of the floors that felt a bit sticky. Overall, I appreciated the atmosphere and services offered.

I had a lovely stay at the Doubletree in Amherst. The hotel's cute staff, and the clean room offered a comfortable retreat. A minor issue with dirty floors was noted, but the overall vibrant atmosphere and warm decor made up for it.

Pool was nice, but Wi-Fi didn’t work at all during my stay.

The room had flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a microwave, making it comfy. WiFi worked fine. Staff were very accommodating, bringing fresh cookies after check-in. The restaurant served a delicious breakfast with a good variety. Lounge area was welcoming, perfect for relaxing after a long day.
